Overview:
SIGN ON BONUS
Garden State Dental is a multi-doctor, specialty office that is currently looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to work at our offices located in East Brunswick New Jersey.
We offer a competitive salary, great benefits, PTO, paid holidays, 401k, free live and recorded opportunities for CE credits, and we're currently offering a $3,000.00 sign on bonus! Appointment times are 1 hour per patient and no double booking.
The hygienist we hire must have an active New Jersey Hygiene License. Local anesthesia certification is preferred but not required.
Our East Brunswick office is located off Hwy RT 18, minutes from the New York border and just an hour drive from NYC. In addition to ample parking, our location is convenient to shopping areas and restaurants to choose from during your lunch hour.
Our dental practice offers full-service dentistry to patients of all ages. With our team of friendly and experienced dentists, we offer a wide range of dental services from cosmetic dentistry to orthodontics and implants. Since 1988, our dentists have provided family, specialty, and emergency dental care to the community.
We have been working diligently to ensure all our patients and staff feel safe and protected while in our office. We have all the proper PPE for the staff and are CDC COVID-19 compliant.

Responsibilities:
Essential Responsibilities
- Through the delivery of periodontal therapies and other hygiene-related services, Dental Hygienists are committed to improving the oral health of patients. Candidates must be enthusiastic about their dental work, and willing to provide the highest level of care at all times
- Under limited supervision, the Dental Hygienist provides oral hygiene dental treatment and oral hygiene care and education in accordance with guidelines approved, issued, and regulated by the state in which they work.
- Patient screening, medical history and dental charting.
- Application of fluoride and protective sealants. Removal of calculus, stain and plaque from above and below the gum line.
- Provides nutritional counseling, and self-care programs to prevent disease.
- Other duties as assigned
- Active Hygiene license for the state of New Jersey
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
