（MUST SPEAK CHINESE）We are a dental specialty practice looking for a highly motivative individual to join our team. We are looking for someone who is a team player, able to work in a fast paced environment, and has great communication skills. The potential candidate should be professional and have a friendly personality. The task would include:

-Greeting patients

-Answering multiple phone lines

-Making confirmation calls

-Scheduling patients

-Verify insurance and create treatment plans;

-Follow up with authorization;

-Collect payments;

-Other office administrative tasks

-Previous Patterson Experience is a great plus!

Language: English fluently. Conversational Chinese

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental: 1 year (Preferred)
