Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Dental Insurance Coordinator / Front desk person in our young and growing comprehensive dental practice who can grow with the practice. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented, project a professional image, and have excellent communication skills, preferably bilingual.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as dental front desk/insurance coordinator.
• Expertise in Open Dental Practice Management Software (electronic chartless office) email, digital x-rays, Microsoft office, etc.
• Competent in billing, insurance breakdown and verification, claim submission, ability to calculate co-payments, etc
• Greeting patients with warmth and kindness, answering phones with professionalism, courtesy and scheduling appointments intelligently.
• Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of dental procedures and dental codes.
• Must be competent to present treatment plan and facilitate financial arrangements with patients.
