Dental Assistant

This position is located at our Williams, AZ Clinic

North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Primary Care, Dental, Physical Therapy and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population across 12 communities in Northern Arizona. • Provides chair side assistance to dentist during dental procedures.
• Prepares patients for treatment.
• Maintains and sterilizes dental instruments.
• Maintains dental operatory inventory and equipment.
• Takes digital x-rays on patients.
• Disinfects equipment between patients and performs weekly maintenance of operatories.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma and current radiology certification.
• 1-3 years' experience as a dental assistant.
• Knowledge of general instruments used for different procedures and experience in taking impressions, pouring models, and making temporary restoratives.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred

Compensation:

Starting at $17.36/hr, more DOE
