Estimating / Construction / Demolition
Demolition Estimator
Up to $175,000 to start plus full benefits
As Demolition Estimator, you will:
- Join a specialist in demolition and 'de-construction' services
- Review blueprints, drawings, specifications and customer requirements
- Perform demolition takeoffs including structural square footage, volumes (concrete, asphalt, steel) and debris
- Make updates to Excel spreadsheets
- Coordinate customer quotation processes
- Obtain quotes from subcontractors
- Submit bid packages
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 5 years of Construction Estimating experience
- Demolition Estimating experience
