Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO) is seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team. As the Delivery Manager on the Solution Delivery Team, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing internal projects across multiple departments pertaining to COO’s internal processes and best practices . Our Delivery Manager will play a key role in leading change to implement, configure, enhance and support service & operations tools across various Salesforce Clouds & products for the company. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders regarding continual improvement, strategy setting and evaluation of the company’s delivery team structure in alignment with Clear Channel Outdoor’s needs and vision.
The Solution Delivery team partners with stakeholders from Clear Channel’s Corporate and Regional offices to enhance and improve the technologies that they use every day to perform their job. This includes HR and Financial Systems, Productivity Tools, API, IAM, BI, Content Portals, and Project and Workflow Management systems. We are an integral part of ensuring that Clear Channel Outdoor operates smoothly and meets our commitment of excellence to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
Washington Salary Range: $115,000 to $180,000

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources on implementation projects and removing obstacles to continually increase team throughput, predictability, and quality
- Oversee and manage workloads for individual team members to ensure on time delivery on project initiatives
- Oversee daily performance management of team members with the goal of increasing overall utilization and productivity.
- Manage contact regarding client escalations and challenges to drive projects to a successful conclusion.
- Improve utilization scores by driving improvement of all things related to the project lifecycle.
- Meet profitability and efficiency standards for client delivery.
- Ensure all team members record their hours worked in accordance with the company's time entry policy.
- Ensure team members have the necessary tools, knowledge, skills to execute upon assigned deliverables.
- Build & maintain strong partnerships and relationships with Products, QA, UX, PMO and Enterprise Architecture
- Manage ongoing quality of the data that drives service team metrics and for senior management reporting.
- Obtain a deep understanding of the Front Office Solution Delivery team’s systems, processes, priorities, and technologies while representing these aspects to all levels of IS leadership
- Leverage company standard processes where possible, following established best practices and industry standards when designing, configuring, and consulting on solutions in order to drive success and reduce risk.
- Identify potential scope / out-of-scope work and escalate to appropriate stakeholders.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and coordinate with account management team on pursuing.
- Facilitate the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives throughout the year.
- Contribute to innovative ideas for ongoing improvement and evolution of the service model & business.
- Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships across teams, departments, vendors, and other divisions.
Job qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science , Information Systems or related field
- 3+ years of previous client facing experience in a professional services environment
- 2 years of Program/Delivery/Marketing experience
- Extensive SaaS implementation leadership experience, Risk Management, Healthcare, GRC or EHS experience preferred
- Project Management background with proven success at driving customers to on-time and successful implementations.
- Salesforce training and certification a plus
