Summary/Objective:

The most well liked person for the evening, who has the pleasure of delivering our superior IMOs pizzas, and other convenience store products, to our guests, ensure proper payment, and accuracy of orders.

Essential Functions:

• Mission Statement: knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values
• Guest Focus: Safely deliver pizza, and other convenience store items to customers, collect payment from customers in cash or facilitate payment via electronic cards, always greet each customer with a smile

obtain customers signature after each delivery (as needed), keep a record of all transactions the name of the customer, delivery address, and amount paid and so on.

• Spread the word: Help the IMOs/Rhodes in distributing products promotional materials during delivery
• Work Ethic: Maintain constant communication with the store, especially if running late, lost, etc.., Assist other employees in doing their tasks when not working on delivering pizza.
• Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices, including dress neatly and maintain a good level of hygiene.

Safety: Ensure you are practicing good safety skills, cleaning up an liquids that may be on the ground, using proper lifting techniques, reporting safety incidents whether for yourself or a guest, following good driver safety, obeying all signs, lights, and not texting while driving.

Additional Eligibility requirements:

• Math: Pizza delivery drivers will need to make change for people. Basic addition and subtraction skills are needed.
• Customer-Service: Pizza delivery drivers need to be friendly, speak clearly and understand the needs of their customers.
• Hand-Eye Coordination: Pizza delivery drivers have to operate a car, and might need to look for addresses at the same time.
• Patience: Heavy traffic, wrong addresses, impatient customers and the occasional mean dog are part of the job. Patience is necessary.
• Good Vision: Pizza delivery drivers need to be able to see addresses on buildings, and good vision will be necessary if they are badly lit or small.
• Must have a valid drivers license, insurance and a great driving record.
