Prepare and cook food in a fast-paced Deli

The Deli/prep is responsible the preparing various food products; ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed; arranging necessary supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; operating a variety of kitchen utensils and deep fryer for food cooking, serving and storing; and receiving goods.
Starting Hourly Pay: $14.00 an hour
Training Provided
Tasks
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
- Cook and prepare food, such as appetizers and fried chicken,
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as deep-fat fryers and gas oven
- Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
- Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
