The Pneumatic Final Finish position is responsible for 1st inspection of the deicers after build. These personnel will conduct reviews of deicer build products after they are built on our production line and identify defects on the parts. This position will inflate the deicers using an air hose and test the products integrity under pressure, marking defects accordingly for corrective action. Staff in this position are responsible for checking deicer parts in a timely manner. An individual in this position should be a people person who can work well with a team and collaborate with people from other departments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inflating all de-icer products to test for any defects
• Ensure product defects are identified and marked
• Ability to read, calculate, measure, and mix ingredients
• Ability to document and follow written work instructions and procedures
• Complete all documents completely and accurately in the computerized tracking system
• Drive plant performance through safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics
• Keep work area clean and organized to facilitate process flow improvements
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives
• Complete other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum education requirement of High School Diploma or GED is required
• Must be able to develop the use of scope skills and abilities to read prints/ instructions
• Must have mechanical/assembly skills as well as a strong attention to detail
• Performs work in a safe manner and completes all required safety trainings
• Must have the ability to work any shifts and overtime including weekends

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
