*Department Name:* Table Games *Summary:* Dealer School teaches potential employees the art of dealing with Blackjack, Craps, Roulette and other games. Classes are four hours a day, five days a week starting in January and lasting up to 16 weeks. Participants may be offered a position after a successful audition. Dealers are responsible for the control of the table game and assuring guests have a favorable gaming experience. *Essential:* • Deal the game per company rules and monitor the monies of the table at all times. • Control gaming cards and equipment. Calculate and pay wins. • Controls and maintains the appropriate speed of the game. • Maintain the integrity of the game within gaming regulations. • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. • Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments. • Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests. • Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior. • Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment. • Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time. *Required:* \*Capable of carrying out uninvolved, standard procedures and/or using equipment or machines which are simple to operate.
