POSITION SUMMARY:

Position is responsible for room and event set-up, general cleaning duties within all the city buildings as assigned.

POSITION REPORTS TO: Rental Coordinator

DIRECT REPORTS ASSIGNED: 0

JOB LOCATION: Community Center, 100 Wulfsohn Rd, Glenwood Springs, CO

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

CATEGORY: Part-time

HOURS: 20-28 hours per week

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Perform room and event set-up and tear-down.

2. Assist with janitorial and general cleaning duties during meetings, programs and rental events.

3. Operates concession stand and keeps track of inventory bought and sold.

4. Assist with trash detail for meetings, programs and events.

5. Assist with snow shoveling, application of ice melt products, grounds duties and clean-up.

6. Responsible for upholding Community Center policy.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS

Necessary:

· Must be 16 years of age or older.

· Possess a valid Colorado driver’s license with a good driving record.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.36 - $18.00 per hour
