ABM a leading provider of facility solutions is looking for a Day Lead School Custodian in Nampa Idaho.

In this position, you will need excellent customer service, a proven ability to lead others as well as the ability to perform all job duties that you are training others to perform.
You will receive a $1000 Hiring Bonus - $500 after the first 60 days worked and $500 after working 120 days!
Proven experience in a leadership role is a must-have - in addition experience performing custodial duties is essential!
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand, bend and lift on an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to work at different schools in the Vancouver area as needed.
- Perform daily quality checks - providing feedback as necessary.
- Be able to follow and train all policy and safety standards of ABM and the School District.
- You will need to have the ability to perform all of the custodian duties - including: sweeping, mopping, dusting, setting up and taking down tables, emptying trash, and other cleaning duties - which include: standing, bending, and lifting 25 pounds.
