Hours: Full-Time 7:30am – 2:30pm, Day Shift including direct care as needed

Qualifications: BA or BS in Human Services or related field is preferred with at least one year of experience with case management and case reviews in a relevant health care setting. A Diploma or G.E.D. will be accepted with at least two years of experience in a training program for the developmentally disabled. Acceptable CORI and driving record background checks.
Physical
Requirements:Ability to lift 50 pounds alone, and to lift 51-300 pounds with the assistance of adaptive equipment. Ability to transfer consumers and to utilize a full range of body motion. Ability to tolerate sustained periods of walking, standing, sitting. Ability to participate in physical restraints and/or redirections of consumers.
Cognitive
Requirements: Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English. Ability to utilize basic math skills. Ability to pass First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration, Understanding and Managing Violent Behavior, OSHA, and Vehicle training. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
