Magnify has an exciting new direct hire opportunity for an AWS Database Engineer with a background serving as the domain specialist in AWS RDS Engineering in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Position Overview:
In this role the AWS Database Engineer will serve as the domain specialist in AWS RDS Engineering. This is a technical and strategic opportunity serving as an essential leader in the database life management phases by providing in-depth knowledge and understanding of industry and company best practices, standards, and controls.
AWS Database Engineer Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with the deployment, migration, and support of SQL / Oracle RDS databases on AWS and solid experience with cloud technologies with RDS Aurora / Dynamo / PostgreSQL services, and IAM
- Experience managing and administering SQL / Oracle database with significant cloud technologies experience.
- Solid understanding of CI / CD pipeline.
- Hands-on experience integrating APM solutions, excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Working experience with Python/IaaC with Terraform
- Strong communication skills.

Pay: $105,848.83 - $175,000.00 per year
