We are looking for Data Security an immediate need. This is a client-facing role the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

• Candidate will be responsible for the troubleshooting of the tickets, monitoring the environment and handling escalated tickets of medium to high complexity.
• Day-to-day operation includes change, release and ticket ownership.
• Working & Understanding on Varonis DatAdvantage & Varonis Management Console.
• Managing & Maintaining Varonis Servers & Components.
• Support & Service activities to include Permissions and File shares.
• Create standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles for day-to-day operations
• Should be flexible to learn new technologies and shifts.
• Good communication skills and be able to work with several groups on assigned projects
• Knowledge of Power-Shell and scripting to run and understand scripts required for tracking and other administrative functions
• Experience in working on Active Directory, Group policies and DNS.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and permissions.
• Excellent knowledge of processes and tools utilized for system management, problem reporting, change management and support tools.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience in of Data Security and Access management tickets
• Experience with Remedy ticketing system.
• Experience as System administrator / Technical support (1st / 2nd tier) or similar
