We are seeking to hire some Data Entry Clerks to work in our IT department. Work in a quiet office environment, while being responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data in digital spreadsheets and online webpage.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

• Create spreadsheets to track important customer information.
• Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
• Update customer information in a database.
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
• Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records. Price updating.

**Qualifications:**

• Accurate typing skills (45 wpm)
• Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, or Google Workspace etc.)
• Basic understanding of databases
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Great attention to detail
• Experience as data entry clerk or similar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of email campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 8 hour shift
