Job description
Job Summary: This position will be responsible for providing clerical support to the Office Manager.
Job Duties:
- Organizing and filing documents.
- Entering data into the system relating to timesheets.
- Verifying checks, handling emails, organizing and categorizing documents and placing them in Personnel Folders.
- Scanning check stubs and other documents and handling mails.
- Faxing documents as and when needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Good attention to details and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and outstanding customer service expertise.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- One year experience in Data Entry and clerical work.
- Great communication skills in relation to face-to-face, phone and email interactions.
The position is office-based and normal business hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
