Data Entry Clerk:
As a Data Entry Clerk, your main duties will be to enter transactions into Quickbooks software. The Data Entry Clerk will include administrative support for accountants. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including assisting as necessary. Ultimately, the Data Entry Clerk duties and responsibilities are to enter and reconcile on a timely, proficient basis and stay current with all deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks including data entry, reconciliations and assist front desk receptionist
Assist staff with administrative tasks of receiving and collecting data
Data entry into QuickBooks
Reconciling accounts
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly adapt to changing client and business dynamics
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good time management skills
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
