Job description

The Engineering & Infrastructure (E&I) department is looking for an entry level Logistics Analyst to assist with maintaining their digital tools, getting data from their engineering team, and inputting data it into spreadsheets/databases, and then preparing reports/presentations based on that data.

JOB DUTIES

• Maintaining and updating several Excel and web-based tools/datasets.

• Communicating with engineering teams to get updated data.

• Developing reports and presentation based on tool/data output.

• Regularly perform updates on a parodic schedule as well and spot updates as needed.

• Assess the effectiveness of current tools and recommend/implement updates or improvements after receiving approval to do so.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Intermediate level of experience with Excel – Must be familiar with the creation/manipulation of pivot tables and macros.

• Competence with the Microsoft Office software suite.

• Clear and concise written and oral communication including the ability to present to large groups.

• Ability to perform regular work per schedule independently while addressing emergent items/requests.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Two (2) years’ experience with data entry or web development.

• Associates degree in information technology or related fields.

• Excel MOS certification.

PREFERRED EDUCATION

• Associate degree OR a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.

• No degree required, but candidate must have relevant experience in a similar field to be considered with no degree.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: From $22.00 per hour
