Total Lab Solutions is looking for an experienced Date Entry Specialist to join the team at our laboratory in Troy, MI.

We are actively looking for a motivated Date Entry Specialist to join our lab.

In this position, you will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and challenging environment, supporting TLS's overall mission: promoting health and wellness solutions based on evidence-driven, precision diagnostics.

Duties and Responsibilities.

Responsibilities

· Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.

· Receive/Log all incoming and outgoing supplies.

· Update customer and patient information in our database

· Partner with Customer Operations to resolve customer service issues and also support onboarding process for new clients

· Be dedicated to the highest standards of quality and adhere to all safety, regulatory, and quality requirements

· Meet regularly with direct reports to provide coaching and feedback for their development

· Accession and process all incoming samples into our LIS

· Download and upload all reports from referring laboratories into our LIS.

· Perform administrative duties, as needed.

Qualifications

· 2 or more years of Laboratory Accessioning and Date Entry experience

· Must demonstrate positive leadership skills

· Must be a self‐starter and self‐directed worker

· Must be professional, detail-oriented, self‐motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized, communicative, and have the ability to work independently

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
