What Will You Be Part Of?

• As part of Digital Quality Systems (DQS) team, the Manager PSG Quality Analytics will be responsible for developing novel approaches to understand and report various types of data including but not limited to Quality Systems data (e.g., Deviations, CAPAs), operational data as part of the manufacturing lifecycle using analytics and advanced modelling techniques.
• This role will be focused on analyzing data from Quality systems to derive insights and develop leading KPI’s to predict performance.
• In addition, the current role is expected to interact with Business Owners, IT, Quality SMEs to help design leading quality KPIs to enable enhanced performance.
• Importantly, this role will also support development and implementation of quality data analytics automation to maximize efficiency in metrics reporting and data visualization.
• This role is highly visible in the organization and is expected to exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
• This role presents the opportunity to works with Senior Leadership at a global level and site level as well.

What Will You Do?

• Support PSG Quality data analytics using advanced programing and modeling techniques including Data Visualization using PowerBI.
• Support development and evolution of the data & reporting strategy for Quality in conjunction with IT
• Excellent Communication Skills and ability to interact and present to stakeholders / leaders at various level in the organization.
• Visualize results / data with experience in tools such as PowerBI.
• Interrogating data with in-depth analyses and extracting right information to support metrics reporting.
• Present and explain analysis and options
• Work with various stakeholders to derive leading KPIs to drive performance
• Support ad-hoc data query requests
• Develop predictive / forecasting dashboards to support Management Reviews (EX. QMR)

How Will You Get Here?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer, engineering, Biology, Pharma or related field required.
• At least 8+ years of data analytics or related field experience, experience working in a pharmaceutical / life science company preferred.
• Excellent Power BI Skills
• Prior knowledge in Quality & Compliance and/or existing experiences in understanding Quality Management system (QMS) components (Trackwise, LIMS etc.,) considered a big plus
• Understanding or experience working in GxP environment and knowledge of 21 CFR part 11
• Ability to develop visualizations, derive insights using Power BI and communicate the results effectively.
• Ability to present data, ideas, and rationale clearly to a broad audience and strong communication skills.

Skills, Abilities:

• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, tools, and team-based development like Jira, Atlassian suite
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent documentation skills
• Able to assume and complete assignments independently
• Perform project management tasks as needed
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical
• Strong organizational change management capability
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple requirements with a variety of projects and short timelines

Must Have:

• Solid Power BI/DAX/ presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Pharma Background - Desired.
