Job Summary:
The Data Analyst will assist with collecting data on sales, customer, and market metrics. They will bring expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, process, design and present it in ways to help people, businesses, and organizations make better decisions.

The Data Analyst will report to the Vice President of Operations. This position is a remote position but may be required to occasionally report the Stratascale headquarters as determined by Stratascale management.

Responsibilities:

Included, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and maintain PowerBI Reporting Dashboards that align to analysis of key metrics identified by stakeholders
  • Collect data and produce streamlined dashboards and reports that can be reviewed and utilized in multiple ways by sales, leadership, and pre-sales and post-sales support
  • Data collection & analysis of sales activity across all departments
  • Provide improvement plan by identifying issues and opportunities within the current data model and processes
  • Partner with the team in cultivating long-term strategic goals for development in conjunction with end users, managers, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Assist users with problems and resolves issues independently
  • Compile and deliver periodic sales reports – both scheduled and ad-hoc
  • Assist on all CRM related projects and initiatives
  • General team support as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or technology or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience in data analysis with PowerBI, Tableau, or Clickview
  • 1-3 years’ experience writing queries against traditional relational and dimensional databases
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, in particular Teams, Outlook and Excel
Required Skills:
  • Advance knowledge of PowerBI to develop data visualizations
  • Ability to create an analysis by building new PowerBI dashboards and reports based on management request
  • Merge different data sets into a single dashboard
  • Analyze, interpret, format, and summarize data for Management Review
  • Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple project-oriented tasks effectively while working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be assertive and able to drive projects to completion while overcoming internal and external barriers
