Apply for a Data Analyst role with IU Health! The hours will be M-F approximately 8a-4:30p and will be a functionally remote role but will require travel within the Indianapolis area. This will be part of the IU Health Home Care department within the Quality Assurance team!
The Data Analyst will be responsible for processing patient orders, discharge/transfer summaries, medication lists, and medical records, and performs patient chart audits. This job requires planning and arranging travel to physician offices and clinics in the Indianapolis area and surrounding counties. We are looking for candidates with Administrative Health Care Experience specifically an Administrative Ambulatory care background. The preferred candidate for this opening will have health care experience, effective verbal and communication skills, knowledge in Medicare F2F, Medicare OASIS checkpoints, and Insurance Authorizations.
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience (at least 1 year working in a health care environment).
- Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Access.
- Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
