Job description
Summary: The Data Analyst will be focused on creating, maintaining, and automating various reports that support Merchandise Planning, Sourcing, Technical Design, Marketing, Finance, and other business units as needed. The ability to build relationships and partner across multiple departments is a key to success in this role.
Duties:
- Facilitate, coordinate, and elicit reporting requirements from multiple stakeholders to develop new reports. Identify, analyze, and master new data sources. Extract, filter, and aggregate data using queries (e.g. SQL).
- Querying, cleaning, formatting, and structuring data for analysis using technical tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Partnering with Merchandise Planning, Sourcing, Marketing, and other business areas to fulfill reporting needs.
- Perform ongoing maintenance and enhancements to reports.
- Consolidate, summarize, and report business initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc analyses as needed.

- Mid-level experience with report development using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, OBIEE, SSRS.
- Intermediate knowledge of database objects, writing SQL queries, logic-building skills.
- Understand of automation tools to drive efficiency in report development and delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
