Job Summary:
Responsible for compiling, organizing, and analyzing healthcare clinical, financial, operational, and quality data and establishing appropriate training and delivery methods including reports and dashboards.

Essential Functions: Determining organization and departmental data needs and goals'; data mining, cleaning and extraction; creating and validating reports, dashboards and visualizations; processing confidential and protected data and information according to regulation and policy; utilizing SQL, MT Report Designer, MT Report Writer an MT BCA analytics tools; interpreting data and analyzing results; providing end user training; acts as a resource and will work closely with executive, clinical, financial and quality teams for data reporting needs.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, appropriate work experience may be considered; SQL, Data Analytics, MCSA Certification; must possess strong communication skills with the ability to train end-users; 2 - 5 years experience in data analytics with 2 - 5 years experience in healthcare; and Meditech experience preferred.
