Kard is building the first rewards-as-a-service platform to power the next generation of loyalty. Our mission is to reward consumers for their everyday purchases. About the Role
Kard is hiring a driven and endlessly curious Data Analyst to support our growing Data team. This role is integral to Kard's success and will be the backbone to success across the company. For the right person, this role will aggressively take on responsibility over time as we build a scalable and efficient team; get ready to grow!
Responsibility
- Explore, measure, and develop data insights that can empower our Merchant and Issuer teams
- Work together with our data team to find creative new insights from our data
- Implement and execute on techniques as designed by our Data Scientists
- Partner with product, sales and account management teams to develop key metrics and to test intuitions with data, driving better decision making across the company
Ideal Candidate
- 1-3 years of experience (but we're happy to hire the best person right out of college!)
- Analytical and tech-savvy — you know your way around Excel, pivot tables, and can quickly pick up new technologies
- Extremely detail-oriented — you catch mistakes before everyone else
- Highly organized individual who loves processes and finding ways to improve them
- Willing to learn and eager to wear multiple hats
Bonus Points:
- Experience in SQL
- Previous experience working on a small team or at a startup
Base salary range is $70-80k, depending on experience
