Job description
Primarily instructs Commercial Dance classes in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Choreography/Composition, Theater Dance, Ballroom or Hip Hop at all levels. Provides guidance and feedback to students to promote academic success. To be considered, applicants must be proficient in
at least two of the mentioned styles.
Position Qualifications
- BFA, BA or higher degree required
- Significant professional experience
- Prior teaching experience at the higher education level preferred
- Professional work in the dance world.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following dance styles: Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap Choreography/Composition, Theater Dance, Ballroom & Hip Hop
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Per Credit Rate Range
$1,160 – $1,610 per credit
