Fierce Orlando, a renowned dance company is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dance instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop and execute dance programs for students of all ages and skill levels

- Teach various styles of dance including hip hop.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and their families

- Monitor and evaluate the progress of each student and provide feedback to improve their skills

- Collaborate with other instructors to design and implement dance performances

- Maintain a safe and clean dance environment

- Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements:

- Dance experience

- At least 3 years of experience teaching dance to students of all ages and skill levels

- Proficient in various dance styles including hip hop.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Passion for dance and teaching

- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential

- Must be willing to work flexible hours including afternoons and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
