Job Description
Our client, a leading dairy products company, is currently seeking an ambitious Dairy Pasteurizer to help lead their team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated candidate with a go-getter attitude and a drive to succeed. Responsibilities include:
1) Operate and monitor culture room processing equipment this includes the PH check on the product
2) Operate CIP System
3) Take samples to the laboratory for analysis
4) Take readings and record the status of the product on the recorder chart and production logs
5) Follow and complete production and make records
6) Check chemicals concentrations on CIP System and record the result on the CIP log
7) Set up equipment for production and CIP following proper procedures
8) Run COP tank on parts not cleaned during CIP
9) Report to the Supervisor and Manager any problems with the equipment
10) Perform other duties as assigned
Critical Requirements
1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
2) Recent experience in the dairy products industry is strongly preferred
3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in manufacturing
