What You Will Do:

  • Work with an agile, fast paced team focused on defending our client’s global networks through threat hunting and tactical analysis of ongoing attacks.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active TS/SCI with Poly clearance University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience

  • Must have strong writing skills with proficiency in customer's system

  • Ability to lead and mentor junior staff in full spectrum cyber operations planning

  • Demonstrated experience driving programs and operations

  • Ability to research, prioritize, problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data and to work several tasks concurrently with little direct supervision

  • Technical foundation in cyber operations is necessary to be successful, with understanding of/familiarity with full lifecycle cyber operations

  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing technical operations from initial concept to deployment

  • Experience working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, present technical topics to a non-technical audience

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks assigned

  • Soft skills - ability to manage conflict, sift through ambiguous and/or conflicting data points to build consensus, work across teams for successful outcomes

  • Familiar with HUMINT recruitment cycle, HUMINT-enabled operations

  • Experience working with field stations and partner organizations

  • Working knowledge of operational considerations, application of tools and requirements to solve mission challenges, understand laws and regulations governing operational activities
