What You'll Do:
- A visionary leader capable of providing a strengths based approach to intervention teams, statewide, while promoting the mission and vision of AzCA
- Leads the budgeting process for all intervention teams and works collaboratively with those teams to ensure financial goals are met and new opportunities are vetted
- Provides supervision, leadership, and coaching/mentoring to a diverse statewide team of Program Administrators and/or Supervisors, as well as role modeling effective and positive leadership to various program staff
- Identifies talented professionals and facilitates the selection process for new staff
- Addresses, and supports local Administrators and Supervisors regarding disciplinary issues, supervision and evaluations, and makes recommendations for terminations when warranted.
- Oversight and management of the services performed by employees, contracted staff, students, trainees and volunteers within the assigned program area(s).
- Leads and designs quality management efforts through careful assignment of staff, to the intervention programs, as well as monitoring and analysis of accomplishments and challenges, while ensuring proper data reporting, and evaluation of quality services.
- Solution focused leadership that provides support to teams statewide, as well as supplying meaningful feedback regarding business opportunities, challenges with programs and target communities, and a strong emphasis on executing change.
- Assists with facilities management issues, where required, and determines space/equipment needs for growing teams.
- Works closely with Senior Director of Child Welfare Programs to ensure continued growth of programs with the utilization of best practice models whenever possible.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or social sciences related field from accredited university or college; Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in behavioral health, child welfare and/or education/prevention services.
- Minimum 5 years of increasing supervisory, administrative experience in family and children services; preferably management experience.

Minimum Qualification & Requirements:*
- Must be 21 years of age (licensing requirement).
- Possess a valid Arizona driver's license and be insurable under the agency's automobile policy.
- Must be able to provide own transportation to and from clients' homes and/or other relevant organizations/agencies
- Must be able to provide DPS fingerprint clearance.
- Must be able to meet training and agency compliance requirements for the position.
- An individual may qualify for this position if the individual is able to "perform safely" the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $83,112.00 - $90,459.20 per year
