Description:

Process orders in SAP. Process invoicing and payment schedules to customers. Process customer service issues in CRM. Intercompany Order entry and monitoring. Collections activities. Processing orders received via Online Store. Managing calls via the ACD phone system. Investigate, probe and redirect technical problems to Sales Applications and/or Engineering. Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in the manufacturing industry preferred. The equivalent combimation of education and experience in other industrieswill be considered. Proficient in ERP system such as SAP, internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative to meet deadlines. Strong Time Management and effective communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work and adapt to fast-paced and changing work environment.
