Customer Support Representative – Evansville, IN
ADM Ag Services & Oilseeds
This is a full time, nonexempt position

This colleague will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for customers within the ADM Ohio River Valley region.
As a member of the Customer Support Team, this individual will represent ADM well by being customer-focused, committed to accuracy and reliability in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Origination Team to create and maintain excellent relationships with customers
  • Obtain strong working knowledge of ADM products and systems
  • Review various reports daily to balance, ensure accurate application, etc.
  • Process customer requests and respond to inquiries
  • Research and obtain resolution of any customer issues
  • Process settlements and monitor accounts receivable
  • Cross training on all CSR responsibilities
  • Other reasonable tasks as assigned by manager
Skills and Qualifications
  • A service-oriented focus on both internal and external customers
  • Ability to multitask, adapt and preform consistently in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate in and work as a team
  • A positive customer centric disposition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • The ability to learn web-based and other computer applications as needed
  • Experience using internal systems is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or previous Customer Support experience is preferred
  • Decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail
