Job Title: Voice/Chat Customer Service Advisor

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: This position will start training from home and transition to our onsite location in Jacksonville, FL after training. (Tentative change to onsite training and work in October.)

What will you do in this role?

As a Technical Customer Service Advisor on the Operations Team at Concentrix, you will:

• Be a brand ambassador

• Fix billing problems

• Resolve technical issues

• Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences

Who You Are:

As a Technical Customer Service Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

• Strong customer service orientation

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Typing speed of 35 wpm minimum

• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, preferred

• A passion for helping others
