LHH Recruitment solutions is currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist for a great opportunity on Long Island in Suffolk County. This role will provide support to multiple clients. This is a permanent/direct hire position and will require attendance fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with multiple clients to ensure a great experience
- Inquire about leaving reviews about services received
- Answer questions via email promptly
- Conduct high volume outreach to clients
- Enter client information accurately into various databases
Qualifications:
- Experienced utilizing CRM software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a high volume environment
Hours:
- 8:30am-5:00pm
- Monday through Friday

- 100% Onsite
