We are looking for a customer success manager to join our delivery team that will take responsibility for full-lifecycle client relationships for our active company partnerships from around the world that are exploring a move or expansion to Tulsa, leaving no room for doubt that they have a firm grasp on why Tulsa is the best place for them to grow their business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-lifecycle client relationships including planning, research, introduction calls, scheduling, action item follow-up, acceleration of the hiring process (interviews, offer, negotiation, and closing)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and teams; partner with them to uncover and understand their needs, relay those needs to our Talent team
- Consistently convert high-value business leads into high value client relationships in recruiting, relocation, and industry connections in Tulsa
- Keep clients continually informed with high-touch communication throughout the entire Tulsa hiring, expansion and relocation process with an eye towards using technology to streamline processes
- Solve problems and produce solutions with inTulsa’s leadership, partnerships and talent teams, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities
- Champion Tulsa; enthusiastically and eloquently speak to Tulsa’s industry, demographic, and community assets, touting the uniquely diverse and inclusive environment that specifically fosters business growth
- Construct and implement fast-paced tours of Tulsa for clients, leaning on relationships to facilitate incredible experiences
- Share information across the team through CRM management, encouraging data accuracy in your team interactions
Essential Functions:
You will be responsible for the full-lifecycle client relationships including planning, research, introduction calls, scheduling, action item follow-up, acceleration of the hiring process while being the face of Tulsa for our clients and partnerships. You will use skills and experience in customer service to navigate personal interactions with clients and figure out quick solutions to client’s needs.
In this role, you will also help us achieve and fulfill our shared mission of connecting fantastic talent to innovative companies in Tulsa, while also being an example to the world of inclusion, equality, and equity across all races, genders, educational backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses.

- Previous experience working with scaling businesses: able to clearly answer and speak passionately about your favorite growth stage company along with how you go about researching and following their growth trajectory
- Speedy response time while maintaining professionalism in both written and verbal communications. Highly skilled and demonstrated history of managing client relationships via email!
- A knack for making connections… connections between people, companies, and ideas across industry, geography and background; you’re the ultimate connector
- Drive conversations forward quickly with tact and grace, asking questions insightfully
- Able to juggle multiple projects and tasks with efficiency and a good attitude and a systematic approach to your to-do list
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of working experience
- 3+ years of experience influencing decision makers within organizations
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years of work experience, or Associate’s degree with 4 or more
years of work experience;
- or work experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or staffing industry and professional service environments
- Experience managing client relationships and ensuring repeat business
- Experience advising clients on hiring best practices
- Experience working in a staffing agency environment or with multiple external clients is a plus

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable internet access and dedicated workspace in home. This position will be both remote and office-based in Tulsa. Schedule to be determined upon starting.
- Ability to travel to attend in-person meetings and work collaboratively with other team members.
Hours & Location:
- This is not a fully remote position as we work in a hybrid office environment.
- You must live in or be able to relocate to Tulsa, Ok or surrounding area.
- There is flexibility to manage your own schedule, and your onsite hours.
- This is a full-time position
