Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Essential Responsibilities:
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing effective customer support for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-department knowledge of ALCIVIA products and services as well as communicating effectively with team members throughout ALCIVIA.
- Process customer orders accurately and timely
- Successfully and quickly answer customer questions
- Handle customer changes and returns according to policies and procedures
- Enter accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Work closely with credit department to resolve customer disputes
- Notify management regarding important service issues or customer concerns
- Partner with sales to exceed customer expectations
- Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible
- Help in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Customer service experience required
- Proficient computer experience
- Agriculture knowledge is preferred
- Comfortable with numbers and office procedures
- Understanding of purchase receipts and invoices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Sales and service focused mindset
- Work well independently and within a team
- Open to continuous learning and improvement opportunities
- Support operations at times
- Safety first mindset
