Mission/Purpose of the Job
Lead and support the customer experience related to both equipment and parts sales. Enter new equipment and parts orders, manage the overall customer experience from quotation to fulfillment. Build a Team environment.
Management (20%)
- Perform management responsibilities as required for customer service.
- Prepare and report regular KPI to general manager as required.
- Departmental Team building.
- Ensure work is being distributing evenly throughout the department.

What we expect of you?
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Degree Level – 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant customer service management and Inside sales
Knowledge Areas:
- Experience in dealing with a fast pace and complex working environment, coordinating and showing flexibility to change plans constantly and think ahead
- Experience in working in a technical or support environment
- Good analytical and planning skills
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience with Syteline
Critical Skills:
- Cope with pressure and maintain a positive working attitude
- Excellent planning capabilities, thinking ahead and trying to always improve
- Great empathy and internal/ external customer focus and commitment
- Good business understanding and cost consciousness
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Be approachable and open& confident in interaction with others
- Build up a network
Other Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English required
- Must be comfortable receiving and making outbound phone calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
