Customer Service Representative

Job overview:

Assist the Account Managers (LSAMs), and customers in generating quotes, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing technical expertise where applicable. CSSR’s will also generate additional revenue by upselling via phone, email and through the online shop.

Details:

• Handle inquiries on customer orders, set up new customers and process orders via telephone, and email. Including Consignments, Subscriptions, and VMI orders. Verify customer pricing and investigate any complaints/discrepancies, and coordinate response.
• Provide eShop customer service by registering the customer, generating shopping lists, price and product verification. Provide training to the customer on placing orders online. Perform ongoing maintenance to the eShop.
• Review backorders for delays. Provide stocking requirements and parts numbers to inventory. Pull inventory from another location if needed.
• Generate various ad hoc reports (daily sales, backorders, billing, bills not shipped, Etc).
• Upsell incoming phone calls to increase product mix and share of wallet within our existing customer base. Present monthly promos via email/phone calls to target accounts

Requirements:

• Customer service/ direct customer interactions
• Microsoft Suite
• SAP a plus

Comments :

• Schedule is M- F typically 8-5 with potential to shift 9-6 depending on business needs TBD
• Temp to hire role, expecting it to be about 90 days
• Cubicle setting / open setting
• Associates preferred but not required
• Pay rate 20-23
• Potential for commission/bonus when hired FT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
