Steelite International USA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to become an integral part of our team! This is not call center position.

This is not a remote position.

***Due to growth, Steelite Global Headquarters will relocate from New Castle, PA to Downtown Youngstown, OH. Position will start in New Castle and will relocate to Youngstown.***

What will I do as a Customer Service Specialist?

• Receiving orders from customers
• Entry of orders
• Performing various administrative duties to assure proper placement of customer orders
• Validating all information on the order including complicated pricing schemes
• Acting as the customer advocate in coordinating stock availability with customer need
• Ensure attention to the details
• Communication with customers, reps, logistics personnel, and other stakeholders
• Manage the complete administrative aspect of customer accounts

What are the qualifications and skills?

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience -- preferred
• Prior customer service experience
• Must possess excellent data integration skills using the entire Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able handle spikes in job demands
