Inside Sales/Customer Service/Data Entry Responsibilities:

• Must be able to understand Fire Arms
• Communicating with customers
• Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customer questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Up-selling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new customer leads.
• No cold calls needed, but welcome

Inside sales representative requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience with incoming calls to fill customer orders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and emails.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer serviceskills
• In house sales but it may be necessary to go to Trade Shows
• Strong listening and sales skills.'
