Faneuil is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work from home! Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound inquiries related to utility account questions, issues, billing and payments.
- At this time we are NOT able to hire in the following states: AK, CA, HI, MA, MS, NH, OR, RI, VT, Virgin Islands, WA, Washington DC
- Respond to various customers billing and service related inquiries via telephone and in writing
- Enroll new customers, offering appropriate products and services
- Offer new products and services to existing customers
- Process payments for current or outstanding balances
- Collect outstanding balances and/or negotiate appropriate payment arrangements
- Utilize various Faneuil and client software packages
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction & First Call Resolution
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Computer proficiency including strong Microsoft Office skills and multitasking abilities
- Performance focused and display a flexible attitude
- Excellent call handling skills are required.
- 1 year experience of working within Customer Service environment
- 1 year utility experience preferred Advanced problem solving skills
- Above average analytical ability and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
