Customer Experience Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will assist customers with their vehicle rental needs to ensure a positive customer experience while performing additional fleet and administrative duties. The primary hours for this position with 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and process rental transactions while obtaining and verifying customer information.
• Oversees and directs customers and shuttle crews to maintain efficient and safe traffic flow throughout our designated vehicle rental area.
• Communicates with employees at all levels regarding vehicle inventory and upcoming vehicle needs.
• Assists customers to expedite the conclusion of a positive rental experience by using a handheld computer/scanner.
• Review vehicles for body damage, mileage, and fuel level.
• Directs customers in completing accident/incident reports.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor while listening and responding to all customer inquiries.
• The ideal candidate is energetic, has a passion for customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to perform data entry and computer entry tasks
• Capacity to learn extensive training material and apply daily on the job
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be physically able to assist our customers at our kiosk and in our parking lot, which will include standing/walking for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible schedules which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and no more than 2 moving violations in the current 12-month period
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• In this position, you would work outdoors for your entire work shift
