**Will work and train remote, company may return to office eventually and equipment pick up is in office in Denver, CO**
Location: Must live near Denver/Aurora, CO
Pay: $21.63/hour
Hours: Must be able to work Monday through Friday, and Saturdays for availability
Job Description:
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and retention by providing members, customers, patients and providers with accurate, consistent, timely and meaningful information.
- They will provide support to member's inquiries and issues as they utilize the KP plan and provider services, continuing to build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members in accordance with compliance guidelines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE: 2+ years of recent call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Member Services online assessment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about helping others/members
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
