Please note: This position is located in Griffith, Indiana. Remote work eligibility is based on being signed off in the position, which then 30% of your hours during the week can be worked remotely.

We’re looking to add a customer service representative to our incredible team here at Loopy. We have some of the best customer service on the planet, and our goal is always to be better and better! If you’re the type of person who has a positive attitude, is always willing to go above and beyond for the customer, and always has a smile on your face, we’d love to hear from you! This position is office-based, serving our customers via email communication.

Requirements:

• Superb communication and grammar skills

• Proficient computer typing skills and be familiar with basic programs such as Gmail, Excel, Word, PDFs, and basic Windows/Mac interfaces

• Self-motivated and ability to problem solve

• Must be able to work 30-40 hours a week in late morning/early afternoon

• This is a local job, so we need someone within a 15-30 min drive to Griffith, Indiana

Responsibilities:

• Email-based customer service, which involves taking care of our awesome customers when/if they need help with tracking, order edits, and other things Loopy based

• May be assigned to different work areas as needs require, such as sorting through returns and exchanges or helping with shipping
