About Final Phorm:

We are a fast paced, high energy, but laid back office environment, consisting of business professionals. We are partnered with Americo Life Insurance and we are passionate about helping people protect themselves and their loved ones through all of life’s challenges and inevitable final expenses. We strive to do this by qualifying front line workers and their immediate family with Life Insurance, Retirement planning, and supplemental income.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:(other duties may be assigned as applicable):

• Complete outbound calls to customers.
• Resolve customer service issues in real-time with a cordial and professional manner.
• Assist management in gathering of customer information for proper fulfillment of orders.
• Work with Management to organize and maintain customer information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:

• 1-3 year(s) of customer service and a general knowledge of.

Proficient PC skills Including but not limited to:

• Proficient use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient use of internet browsers such as Chrome, FireFox and Edge.

Other Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to utilize given resources to obtain information independently.
• Ability to take direction and critical feedback.
• Ability to function in a confidential capacity.
• Must have a valid PA driver’s license and must have a car available for work.
• Professional attire and appearance at all times.
• Possess superior customer service skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
