Wade Insurance Services is currently looking for an experienced customer service rep to join our growing team. We offer career advancement and development and the opportunity to attain your insurance license.

Purpose of Position
Assisting customers with policy changes, policy reviews, electronic mail, and maintaining high levels of customer retention. Licensed Sales Associates (Service) are also responsible for assisting Sales with referrals in order to help attain our monthly sales goals.

Base Pay: $30,000-$45,000 (depending on CSR experience) + Commission + Benefits + Career Development & Advancement

Essential Functions

• Conducting needs based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed
• Cross selling existing customers with other Allstate products and brokered products where available
• Answering Service line calls in support of customers requesting support of policies
• Reviewing electronic mail from carriers and completing required actions
• Maintaining accurate documentation in eAgent
• Rewriting Homeowners policies due to non-renewals or premium increases
• Make agency principal aware of any situation that should be monitored concerning any customer having suspicious or frequent claims
• Processing "Transfer-Ins" for existing Allstate Auto policy customers
• Comply with Allstate RMPs, T-doc and office procedures
• Actively train and improve sales and product knowledge skills
• Assist in training other employees
• Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
• Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
