Originally founded in 1952, Pool Troopers now has branches spanning Florida as well as Texas and Arizona. Pool Troopers is on the look out for a Inbound Telephonic Customer Service Rep who is searching for a rewarding position and a long-term career.

You don't need to have worked in the pool industry, but with the right motivation, initiative and previous experience you can be the next Backyard Hero!

Being bilingual in English in Spanish is a huge plus, but not a requirement of the position.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Position is full time, in-office.

What we will need from our Customer Service Backyard Hero:

• Experience speaking to customers telephonically to provide information about products and services, while updating electronic records simultaneously
• Be able to individually manage an investigation of customer concerns by coordinating and communicating with other departments, which include Managers, Teammates and Clients
• Have keyboard and listening skills, must be able to type 40-60 wpm
• Someone who can keep their cool under any circumstance
• Be a good team player! Come to work, be a professional and have a positive attitude

Requirements

A Pool Trooper Customer Service Backyard Hero must have the following, among other, qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, required
• At least 3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Keyboard typing skills with the ability to type and talk to customers simultaneously
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, if needed
