Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Customer Service Representative to join our growing company. The ideal candidate would be someone with a good work history. This is a full-time position. Experience in the Automotive field a plus!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails, assist callers, take messages, provide information, direct calls to staff members and return phone calls
• Schedule work to be performed
• Write up work orders
• Invoice and issue inspection stickers
• Perform clerical duties, maintain files, and organize documents
• Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures
• Assist in planning company events, luncheons, and employee activities
• Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers as needed
• Daily deposits as needed
• Month End Statement Reconciliation
• Track and purchase office supplies as needed
• Assist in projects such as updating the scheduling system

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer proficiency Required
• Prior customer service experience required
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Availability to work 38-40 hours a week Monday-Friday may vary depending on vacations, time off etc.
• Typing proficiency and accuracy would be helpful
• QuickBooks experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
