Primary Responsibility: The Customer Service teams' primary function is to provide oversight and management for customer orders by working cross-functionally with all areas of the business to define, meet, and communicate customer expectations, both internally and externally.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain good customer relations by ensuring transparent and honest communications regarding order status and any roadblocks to our customer's success.
• Process customer purchase orders and confirm order timelines with internal and external customers.
• Monitor order status throughout the production process and communicate differences to customers as necessary.
• Collaborate with production & scheduling for expedites and prioritizations (as needed) based on customers input and expectations.
• Work with internal departments to coordinate expediting of products to meet customer expectations
• Process returns when incorrect or damaged items occur
• Employs problem solving skillsets to work with sales and/or production to assist in solving customer issues.
• Additional work projects and responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills:

• 2 years previous experience with customer service responsibilities, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively with a focus of timeliness and responsiveness while remaining highly organized, with attention to detail.
• Must be skilled and accurate in data entry and be proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality
